Submit a Documentation Request right from this page. Our factory-based engineering team will produce your document within 1-3 days. Because our technical support and engineering teams are in our factory, we can respond very quickly to any requests.
A 2D drawing can help you create accurate quotes by providing the exact the size, shape, and configuration of the valve, or how it may need to be handled or oriented. Our 2D drawings are available directly from our factory engineering team in pdf format for both valves and components. We provide “geo drawings” (geometric) for our top-level part numbers to provide external dimensions, the general product silhouette and relative orientation of key features.
For part numbers including customizations or “non-visible” suffix details, use the drawing for the top-level part number. Non-visible suffix detail options include features such as custom or non-standard seals, varying wire lengths, different surface treatment, coil specifications or environmental upgrades such as low-temperature or Marine Service.
We provide 3D models in a variety of CAD formats to help design and CAD engineers incorporate our products into a system model. The models provide dimensional data in a universal format recognized by any CAD application. For complete part numbers, our 3D models include all suffix details (functional options in addition to the basic part number.) However, for complete part numbers the model details only external dimensions similar to the 2D drawing.
Request instructions by part number. The document includes critical installation instructions regarding filtration and lubrication.
Other details covered include flow function, service, connection, mounting orientation, weight, pressure range, flow Cv and operating temperature range.
Printable pdf that provides a full description of our valves including actuation, function, media and flow details plus tables for Materials of Construction and Maintenance and Documentation information.
For solenoid-actuated valves solenoid specification and operator construction is included.
Request by complete part number.
We can provide formal reports for Versa’s product families summarizing results of hardware assessments in the form of Failure Modes, Effects and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA). All requirements of IEC 61508 are considered.
Documents verifying Versa’s products (by family) meet design process requirements of Safety Integrity Level SIL 3 Capability. These requirements are intended to achieve sufficient integrity against systematic errors of design by the manufacturer.
