Any and all orders are handled by our world-class distribution network. Contact your distributor for any change in order quantity, ship date or to check on anything else related to your order once it’s placed. We typically ship to your distributor within 5 business days after receipt of order (ARO). The timing depends on the product series and any special or custom features.
Many of our products can be handled with our Two Day Quick Ship. Your distributor can confirm which products qualify for this service. We will ship your Quick Ship order directly to your location 1-2 days after receipt of your order. Treated as a standard order. (Maximum 50 pieces; order placed by 4:30 PM EST.) We have over 4,000 items that we ship within two days of receiving your order.
Versa VIP is our urgent order fulfillment service. You distributor can work with you regarding terms and availability. VIP orders ship ASAP to your location worldwide if we have the parts and you need an emergency delivery. VIP orders usually ship within 24- 48 hours after receipt of order (ARO) from your distributor. Our team will do whatever it takes to get your Versa valve to you, wherever you are.
